Ingredients:
12 large eggs
1 cup water
Ice, for an ice bath
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet or steamer basket inside.
Arrange the eggs on the trivet or in the steamer basket, stacking them if necessary.
Close the lid of the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to “Sealing.”
Select the “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” button and set the time to 5 minutes at high pressure.
When the cooking cycle is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully switch the valve to “Venting” to release any remaining pressure.
Remove the eggs from the Instant Pot and transfer them immediately to a bowl of ice water.
Let the eggs sit in the ice bath for at least 5 minutes to cool and make peeling easier.
Peel the eggs and serve, or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
