Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Water (as needed)
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Extra flour for dusting
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
Gradually add water and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the mozzarella, cheddar, chili flakes, and oregano. Set aside.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll each ball into a thin circle on a lightly floured surface.

Roll out again into a paratha.
