Fresh Strawberry Cream Bombs

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup strawberry jam

Directions:

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of small silicone molds. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam. Mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Spoon the cream mixture over the chilled graham cracker base in the molds. Top with chopped fresh strawberries.

Freeze for 1 hour, then gently pop the Strawberry Bombs out of the molds.

Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
