12 egg roll wrappers
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, with one corner facing you.
Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the corned beef mixture in the center of the wrapper.
