2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a muffin tin.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Stir in the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is golden.
Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk, cooking until the mixture thickens into a creamy sauce.
Add the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables to the sauce, stirring to combine.
Remove from heat.
Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface.
Cut circles from the dough to fit into the muffin cups, pressing them gently to form the base.
Fill each muffin cup with the chicken mixture.
Cut smaller circles for the top crusts, placing them over the filling, and sealing the edges by pressing them with a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg and make a small slit in each for steam to escape.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
