Ingredients:

12 ounces spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, Italian sausage, onion, and garlic.

Cook until the meat is browned and the onion is tender.

Drain excess fat.

Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
