Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the marinara sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream, and melted butter.
