Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls
Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced pepperoni.
Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
