Decadent Chocolate Fudge
Rich and Creamy Chocolate Fudge Delight
Ingredients:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sea salt, or sprinkles
Directions:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate chips and butter are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
If desired, sprinkle the optional toppings over the fudge, pressing them down slightly into the surface.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the baking dish.
Cut into small squares and serve.
