Ingredients:

2 racks of pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Directions:

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey.

Place the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ mixture over them.

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and easily pull away from the bone.
