Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
Mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl until smooth.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the patties in batches, cooking each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
