Crispy Doritos Chicken Bake with Cheddar and Creamy Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (10 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spoon the chicken mixture over the Doritos layer and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining crushed Doritos, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
