Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and cooked rice.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
