1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef cubes and sear until browned on all sides.

Return the beef tips to the skillet and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is tender and the gravy has thickened.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
