Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces and buttermilk.
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Fry the chicken in batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Toss the fried chicken in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
