Decadent Banana Chocolate Fudge Squares

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and oat flour.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the squares cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.
