Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C).
If desired, add a tablespoon of butter to the skillet during the last 5 minutes of baking for extra richness.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
