Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and beat until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream, flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, spread the lemon curd over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
