Ingredients:
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground Italian sausage until fully browned.
Drain any excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil to the skillet.
Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
In individual oven-safe bowls, layer the sausage mixture, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and pepperoni slices.
Top each bowl with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
