Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and place the head in boiling water.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the outer leaves are softened.
Remove the leaves one by one as they become pliable.
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cabbage rolls, seam side down, and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour tomato sauce and beef broth over the cabbage rolls.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the rolls are tender and the filling is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
