2 cups all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a mini muffin tin or a donut hole pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the donut holes are baking, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
When the donut holes are done baking, let them cool slightly, then brush each one with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
