Ingredients:
8 beef hot dogs
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
Cut each hot dog into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches in length.
In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Place the hot dog pieces in a disposable aluminum pan.
Pour the sauce mixture over the hot dogs and toss to coat evenly.
Dot the hot dogs with small pieces of butter.
Place the pan on the smoker or grill and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until the hot dogs are caramelized and slightly crispy.
Remove from the smoker or grill and let cool slightly before serving.
